LEY MUNICIPAL Nº 310
Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO:DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL: QUE DECLARA BIEN MUNICIPAL DE DOMINIO PÚBLICO EL TERRENO UBICADO EN LA ZONA: ÑOR – OESTE, DISTRITO MUNICIPAL N°9, U.V. 28, MANZANO 60, LOTE 12, CON UNA SUPERFICIE TOTAL SEGÚN MENSURA DE 819.24 M2 A FAVOR DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL DE EL TORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1 .-Declárase como Bien Municipal de Dominio Público, la superficie total de 819 24 M2 (ochocientos diecinueve con 24/100 Metros Cuadrados), ubicados en la ZONA: Ñor – Oeste, Distrito N°9, Unidad Vecinal N°28, Manzano N° 60, Lote N° 12, a favor del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, de acuerdo a la ubicación, colindancias y coordenadas que se detallan a continuación:
