LEY MUNICIPAL N° 216 APROBACIÓN DE MODIFICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA INTRAINSTITUCIONAL

LEY MUNICIPAL N° 216 LEY DE 14 DE MAYO DE 2018 GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO
Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO: DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL DE APROBACIÓN DE MODIFICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA INTRAINSTITUCIONAL AL PRESUPUESTO INSTITUCIONAL MUNICIPAL DE LA GESTIÓN 2018 – GAM ELTORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1. (OBJETO). La presente Ley Municipal, tiene por objeto aprobar la Modificación del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2018 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, a través de la Creación de Aperturas Programáticas y Traspasos presupuestarios.
ARTÍCULO 2. (CREACIÓN DE APERTURAS PROGRAMÁTICAS). Se aprueba la creación de seis (6) nuevas aperturas programáticas, a ser incorporadas dentro de la Planilla Matriz de articulación del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2018 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, así como la asignación de recursos provenientes de ocho (8) aperturas ya existentes (Ver Anexo I).
