LEY MUNICIPAL Nº 311
Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO: DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL: QUE DECLARA BIEN MUNICIPAL DE DOMINIO PÚBLICO EL TERRENO UBICADO EN LA ZONA: SUR – OESTE, DISTRITO MUNICIPAL N°3, U.V. 31, MANZANO 7, LOTE 6, CON UNA SUPERFICIE TOTAL SEGÚN MENSURA DE 1526.46 M2 A FAVOR DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL DE EL TORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1.-Declárase como Bien Municipal de Dominio Público, la superficie total de 1526 46 M2 (Mil Quinientos Veintiséis con 46/100 Metros Cuadrados), correspondiente al terreno ubicado en la Zona: Sur-Oeste, Distrito Municipal N° 3, Unidad Vecinal N° 31, Manzano N° 7, Lote N° 6, a favor del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Tomo, de acuerdo a la ubicación, colindancias y coordenadas que se detallan a continuación:
