LEY MUNICIPAL No 274 DE APROBACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE SEGUNDA MODIFICACIÓN

Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO: DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL DE APROBACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE SEGUNDA (II) MODIFICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA AL PRESUPUESTO INSTITUCIONAL MUNICIPAL DE LA GESTIÓN 2019 – GAM EL TORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1. (OBJETO). La presente Ley Municipal, tiene por objeto aprobar el Proyecto de (Segunda) Modificación del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2019 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, a través de la Creación de Aperturas Programáticas y Traspasos presupuestarios.
ARTÍCULO 2. (CREACIÓN DE APERTURAS PROGRAMÁTICAS). Se aprueba la creación de siete (7) nuevas aperturas programáticas, a ser incorporadas dentro de la Planilla Matriz de articulación del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2019 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, así como la asignación de recursos provenientes de nueve (9) aperturas ya existentes (Ver Anexo I).
