LEY MUNICIPAL N° 329 QUE DECLARA BIEN MUNICIPAL DE DOMINIO PÚBLICO EL TERRITORIO

Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO: DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL: QUE DECLARA BIEN MUNICIPAL DE DOMINIO PÚBLICO EL TERRENO UBICADO EN LA ZONA: SUD – OESTE, DISTRITO MUNICIPAL N°5 LOCALIDAD SAN LUIS, U.V. 71, MANZANO 777, LOTE 21, CON UNA SUPERFICIE TOTAL SEGÚN MENSURA DE 483.95 M2 A FAVOR DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL DE EL TORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1.-Declárase como Bien Municipal de Dominio Público, la superficie total de 483.95 M2 (cuatrocientos ochenta y tres con noventa y cinco 00/100 Metros Cuadrados), correspondiente al terreno ubicado en la Zona: Sud-Oeste, Distrito Municipal N° 5, Localidad de San Luis, Unidad Vecinal N° 71, Manzano N° 777, Lote N° 21, a favor del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, de acuerdo a la ubicación, colindancias y coordenadas que se detallan a continuación:
