LEY MUNICIPAL N° 208 LEY DE 20 DE MARZO DE 2018 GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO
Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO: DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL DE APROBACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE MODIFICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA (PRIMERA) EN ELPRESUPUESTO INSTITUCIONAL MUNICIPAL DE LA GESTIÓN 2018 -GAM EL TORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1. (OBJETO). La presente Ley Municipal, tiene por objeto aprobar el Proyecto de (Primera) Modificación del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2018 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, a través de la Creación de Aperturas Programáticas.
ARTÍCULO 2. (CREACIÓN DE APERTURAS PROGRAMÁTICAS). Se aprueba la creación de nuevas aperturas programáticas, a ser incorporadas dentro de la Planilla Matriz dei Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2018 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de Ei Torno, de acuerdo al siguiente cuadro’
