LEY MUNICIPAL Nº 309
Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Tomo ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO:DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL: QUE DECLARA BIEN MUNICIPAL DE DOMINIO PÚBLICO EL TERRENO UBICADO EN LA ZONA: ÑOR – OESTE, DISTRITO MUNICIPAL N°9, U.V. 28, MANZANO 62, LOTE 14, CON UNA SUPERFICIE TOTAL SEGÚN MENSURA DE 725.54 M2 A FAVOR DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL DE EL TORNO
ARTÍCULO 1.-Declárase como Bien Municipal de Dominio Público, la superficie total de 725.54 M2 (Setecientos Veinticinco con 54/100 Metros Cuadrados), correspondiente al terreno ubicado en la Zona: Ñor – Oeste, Distrito Municipal N°9, Unidad Vecinal N° 28, Manzano N° 62, Lote N° 14, a favor del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Tomo, de acuerdo a la ubicación, colindancias y coordenadas que se detallan a continuación:
