ARTÍCULO 1. (Objeto). Aprobar el Plan Operativo Anual, Presupuesto Institucional Municipal, Escala Salarial gestión 2023 y Presupuesto Plurianual ajustado del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno.
