LEY MUNICIPAL N° 227 Y 228 EXENCIÓN DEL PAGO DEL IMPUESTO MUNICIPAL Y APROBACIÓN DEL PROYECTO.

Por cuanto el Concejo Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno ha sancionado la siguiente Ley Municipal
EL ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO MUNICIPAL EL TORNO:DECRETA:
LEY MUNICIPAL DE APROBACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE MODIFICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA INTERINSTITUCIONAL(SEGUNDA) EN EL PRESUPUESTO INSTITUCIONAL MUNICIPAL DELA GESTIÓN 2018 – GAM EL TORNO.
ARTÍCULO 1. (OBJETO). La presente Ley Municipal, tiene por objeto aprobar la Modificación del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2018 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, a través de traspasos Presupuestarios por transferencias otorgados por el Fondo Nacional del Desarrollo Indígena.
ARTÍCULO 2. (MODIFICACION PRESUPUESTARA). Se aprueba los traspasos Presupuestarios, a ser incorporadas dentro de la Planilla Matriz del Presupuesto Institucional Municipal gestión 2018 del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Torno, de acuerdo al siguiente cuadro:
